Account Manager

On behalf of our Client, a leading creative agency with broad services, we are looking for an Account Manager to be based at our office in Limassol, Cyprus.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develops and implements marketing plans and campaigns to promote clients’ products/services
  • Conducts market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive positioning
  • Creates compelling and effective marketing materials, including digital content, social media posts, emails, and more
  • Manages and analyzes marketing metrics to assess campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations
  • Collaborates with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals and strategies
  • Maintains brand consistency across all marketing channels
  • Assists in budget planning and allocation for marketing initiatives
  • Stays up-to-date with industry trends and emerging marketing technologies

Job Requirements

  • Excellent project management and multitasking skills
  • Strong understanding of marketing channels (digital, social, branding, print)
  • Comfortable coordinating with internal teams (designers, strategists, copywriters)
  • Confident communicator, both in writing and speaking
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Familiarity with Adobe Suite or marketing tools (Meta, Google Ads, etc.)
  • Experience managing clients in a marketing or creative environment will be considered a plus
