On behalf of our Client, a leading creative agency with broad services, we are looking for an Account Manager to be based at our office in Limassol, Cyprus.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Develops and implements marketing plans and campaigns to promote clients’ products/services
- Conducts market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive positioning
- Creates compelling and effective marketing materials, including digital content, social media posts, emails, and more
- Manages and analyzes marketing metrics to assess campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations
- Collaborates with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals and strategies
- Maintains brand consistency across all marketing channels
- Assists in budget planning and allocation for marketing initiatives
- Stays up-to-date with industry trends and emerging marketing technologies
Job Requirements
- Excellent project management and multitasking skills
- Strong understanding of marketing channels (digital, social, branding, print)
- Comfortable coordinating with internal teams (designers, strategists, copywriters)
- Confident communicator, both in writing and speaking
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Familiarity with Adobe Suite or marketing tools (Meta, Google Ads, etc.)
- Experience managing clients in a marketing or creative environment will be considered a plus
