Account Manager

On behalf of our Client, a leading consulting, technology and outsourcing services company, we are looking for a Account Manager to be based at their offices in Limassol, Cyprus.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Acts as the primary contact for assigned clients, fostering long-term relationships.
  • Develops a deep understanding of the client’s business goals to match solutions to their needs. 
  • Engages in consistent communication with client stakeholders, representing their interests internally.
  • Collaborates with various teams to ensure quick resolution of issues and client satisfaction. 
  • Anticipates client needs, monitors satisfaction, and proactively mitigates retention risks. 
  • Speaks for the customer within the company to influence improvements in service and product. 
  • Identifies and pursues new business leads. 
  • Owns the entire sales cycle for new prospects-from initial contact to proposal, negotiation, and closing. 
  • Manages an active sales pipeline and regularly reports on progress, forecasts, and market trends.
  • Works closely with other teams to ensure unified and effective client engagement.
  • Provides teams with detailed account information to support seamless service execution.
  • Shares important customer feedback and market trends with internal stakeholders.
  • Prepares and presents reports on account health, sales opportunities, and client satisfaction. 
  • Keeps CRM records up-to-date regarding all client communications, activities, and pipeline status. 
  • Uses data-driven insights to improve services and optimize customer engagement strategies.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Account Management, Sales, or Business Development roles.
  • Proven experience in managing client relationships and driving sales within ERP, CRM, HR, Analytics, or similar software environments.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Zoho etc) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience in lead generation, opportunity qualification, and closing B2B sales.
