On behalf of our client, a real estate company, we are looking for an Accountant to be based at their offices in Limassol, Cyprus.
Main Responsibilities
- Ensures that all financial information is recorded in a complete, accurate, and timely manner.
- Verifies and records the invoices from suppliers.
- Records and checks the company bank statements.
- Monitors emails related to the accounting department.
- Directly communicates and pays the suppliers and service providers as required.
- Checks all the bank balances on a daily basis.
- Conducts regular bank reconciliation.
- Records and filing cash transactions.
- Collects all the documents for VAT submission.
- Provides with all kinds of reports as per management requirements.
Job Requirements
- Associate’s degree in a related field with work experience.
- Advanced knowledge of the Excel software.
- Proficiency with computers and bookkeeping software; strong typing skills.
- Exceptional time management and verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles.
- Professional manner and a strong ethical code.
- Ability to multitask and remain motivated and positive.
- Commitment to working efficiently and accurately.
- Trustworthy and discreet when dealing with confidential information.
