Administration & Immigration Officer

On behalf of our client, a world-class law firm, we are looking for an Administration & Immigration Officer to be based in their offices in Limassol, Cyprus.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assists the Director of the company with the preparation, collection, and submission of documents to the migration department
  • Coordinates with authorities, government portals, and related departments
  • Maintains accurate records, filing systems, and internal databases
  • Monitors application deadlines and ensures timely follow-up
  • Communicates with clients to request documents and provide status updates
  • Assists with onboarding of new clients/employees requiring migration support
  • Drafts letters, forms, and supporting documentation
  • Handles general administrative duties  

Job Requirements

  • Previous experience in administrative work; immigration experience will be considered an advantage
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Greek and English
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer literacy
  • A proactive and responsible approach to work
