On behalf of our client, a world-class law firm, we are looking for an Administration & Immigration Officer to be based in their offices in Limassol, Cyprus.
Key Responsibilities
- Assists the Director of the company with the preparation, collection, and submission of documents to the migration department
- Coordinates with authorities, government portals, and related departments
- Maintains accurate records, filing systems, and internal databases
- Monitors application deadlines and ensures timely follow-up
- Communicates with clients to request documents and provide status updates
- Assists with onboarding of new clients/employees requiring migration support
- Drafts letters, forms, and supporting documentation
- Handles general administrative duties
Job Requirements
- Previous experience in administrative work; immigration experience will be considered an advantage
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Greek and English
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer literacy
- A proactive and responsible approach to work
