On behalf of our client, a dynamically developing company we are looking for an Air Ticket Specialist to be based at their offices in Limassol, Cyprus.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Books and processes airline tickets through the Amadeus and Farelogix system
- Consults clients on air travel and services
- Selects optimal flight routes at the request of clients or company managers
- Ensures the issuance, correspondence, formation of refunds, VOID of air tickets
- Calculates of changes in air tickets
- Checks queues in Amadeus and Farelogix booking systems
- Orders and coordinates with the airline additional special services in Amadeus and Farelogix booking systems
- Deals with ongoing inquiries and maintaining the customer database
- Is willing to lead the airline ticketing department
Job Requirements:
- Withholds at least 2 years experience with Amadeus system
- At least 1 year of experience with Farelogix system
- Proficiency in the English and Russian language, in both verbal and written form
- Highly knowledgeable of computer and office programs
- Excellent communication skills and customer orientation
- High level of self-organization and ability to work independently
- Responsibility and attention to detail
- High level of business communication and negotiation
