On behalf of our client, a broad-spectrum property management service provider, we are looking for an Architect to be based at their offices in Limassol, Cyprus.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develops detailed architectural drawings, construction details, models and renderings
- Monitors construction phases through site visits to ensure implementation aligns with the approved designs
- Collaborates with the in-house design team and design consultants
- Participates in project meetings, providing technical guidance and ensuring projects meet their objectives
- Ensures that designs comply with the project specifications and local building codes, zoning laws, fire regulations, planning laws and environmental regulations
- Coordinates with structural engineers, MEP consultants and contractors during the design and construction phases
- Stays updated with the latest architectural trends, materials and technologies
- Ensures all project activities align with legal and regulatory standards, including ETEK guidelines and local authority requirements
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Architecture
- 1-5 years of experience of relevant professional experience
- Strong knowledge of building systems, codes and construction practices
- Fluency in Greek and English is essential
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, AutoCAD and BIM software
- Experience in sustainable and green building is a plus.
- Membership in a relevant professional body (e.g., RICS or ETEK) is considered an advantage
