On behalf of our client, an established group of companies in real estate advisory and asset management, we are looking for an Asset Management Analyst to be based at their offices in Nicosia, Cyprus.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Engages in a wide variety of valuations, valuation audits, real estate AM/workout, and due diligence projects
- Assists in portfolio reviews and asset due diligences
- Assists in the management of real estate assets of all types (residential, commercial, land)
- Collects data, information, and statistics to help formulate and provide relevant and periodic reports
- Participates in business and technical discussions on ongoing projects and provides regular input
- Develops recommendations to support key asset monetization/financing decisions
- Performs data input and analysis, data entry, and economic research
- Performs any other relevant duty as requested by Management
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field
- Prior experience in real estate analysis or a similar role will be considered a strong advantage
- Fluent in Greek and English (both written and verbal)
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel for financial modelling and analysis
- Strong business acumen and motivation to succeed in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organization and time management skills with a keen attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a commitment to the highest quality of work
