Associate HR Software Consultant

On behalf of our Client, a leading consulting, technology and outsourcing services company, we are looking for an Associate HR Software Consultant to be based at their offices in Limassol, Cyprus.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Is involved in the configuration and deployment of SAP SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, and Learning
  • Participates in requirement-gathering sessions to understand client needs and translate them into system configurations
  • Supports senior consultants in conducting gap analysis and designing solutions that align with business processes
  • Collaborates with clients to understand their HR processes and system requirements
  • Provides support in client workshops, training sessions, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
  • Addresses client queries and issues 
  • Assists in system maintenance tasks, including routine checks, updates, and troubleshooting
  • Monitors system performance and reports any issues to the senior team members for resolution
  • Participates in system optimization efforts to improve efficiency and user experience
  • Helps create and maintain project documentation, including configuration guides, functional specifications, and test scripts
  • Assists in the preparation and delivery of training materials for end-users
  • Ensures documentation is accurate and reflects the current system setup
  • Engages in continuous learning to build expertise in SAP SuccessFactors modules and HR best practices
  • Attends training sessions, workshops, and seminars to stay updated on the latest SAP SuccessFactors features and enhancements

Job Requirements:

  • BSc in Management of Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is required
  • 2-4 years of experience in a similar position
  • Experience with any HRIS system or SAP product is a plus
  • Knowledge of HR technologies (i.e. SAP SuccessFactors) is a plus
  • A solid grasp of human resources methods, practices, principles, and functions is preferred
  • Fluency in the Greek and English Language is requires
  • Effective communication and business writing skills
