Back Office & Customer Support Officer (Portuguese Speaking)

On behalf of our client, a forex company, we are looking for a Back Office & Customer Support Officer to based at their offices in Limassol, Cyprus.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Implements the internal regulations and procedures for the department
  • Assists internally all departments with any issues related to client documentation, funding & refunds 
  • Documents acquisition, filing & verification.
  • Ensures continuing competence in accordance with the CySEC regulations
  • Processes deposits, withdrawals and refunds based on established policies and procedures
  • Performs Anti-Money-Laundering (AML) and PEP checking
  • Deals directly with clients queries over chat system, e-mail, and phone
  • Helps customers with payments, withdrawals and documentation process.
  • Solves problems and dealing with unsatisfied customers
  • Performs other ad hoc tasks, as requested
  • Monitors, manages and executes client funding requests
  • Accesses and processes several transactions on a daily basis, KYC checks / on-boarding new retail clients
  • Deals directly with clients queries over chat system, e-mail, and phone

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Portuguese
  • Efficient and detail-oriented
  • Computer and numerically literate
  • Ability to work in evening shift (14:00-22:00) is a must
  • Valid work permit required
