Banking Administrator

On behalf of our client, a world-class law firm, we are looking for a Banking Administrator to be based at their offices in Limassol, Cyprus.

Main Duties and Requirements:

  • Assists clients in the procedure of opening corporate and/or personal bank accounts in Cyprus and/or abroad
  • Gathers, reviews and prepares the information and due diligence documentation required
  • Completes the necessary bank forms for account opening and all other matters related to corporate or personal bank accounts
  • Manages clients’ bank accounts on their behalf
  • Prepares bank analyses and reports and advises clients accordingly
  • Sustains the firm’s strong relationships with the local and international banking network
  • Keeps clients’ files up to date
  • Works closely with the rest of the team to ensure effective processing of all tasks

Job Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar position
  • Understanding of Compliance /’Know your client’ requirements
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Strong computer literacy
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Greek and English language
