On behalf of our client, a pioneering payment-network provider, we are looking for a Banking & Payment Operations Specialist to be based at their offices in Limassol, Cyprus.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Operates and manages transactions on the company’s banking platform daily
- Monitors incoming and outgoing payment flows with banking partners
- Facilitates FX transactions and OTC cryptocurrency trades for clients
- Conducts reconciliation and transaction tracking using Microsoft Excel and other tools
- Ensures compliance with internal processes and regulatory requirements
- Communicates with clients and banking partners as needed to resolve issues
- Uses technology efficiently to improve workflow and reporting
Job Requirements:
- Experience in banking, payments, or financial services (preferably in an MSB, PSP, or fintech environment)
- Familiarity with banking platforms, payment processing, or FX/crypto transactions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to use technology efficiently and adapt to new platforms
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with customers and partners
