Bookkeeper (Part-time)

On behalf of our client, a Real Estate Developer company, we are looking for a Bookkeeper (Part-time), to be based at their offices in Larnaca, Cyprus.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Raises invoices to customers 
  • Makes purchase payments to our suppliers
  • Performs bookkeeping for all companies and collaborates with Accountants
  • Is responsible for the company’s petty cash and records accounting entries 
  • Prepares the monthly bank reconciliations and the quarterly VAT return forms
  • Monitors daily the company’s clients’ funds
  • Communicates with payment providers and keep updated records
  • Checks and paying monthly reports for monitoring
  • Prepares monthly reports for monitoring
  • Ensures the appropriate filing and corresponding invoicing 
  • Interlinks with Project Manager regarding the final approval of tender
  • Manages Property Management accounting 

Job Requirements:

  • A high school diploma is required
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience
  • Computer literate 
  • Fluency in Greek and English, in both verbal and written form
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
