Business Analyst

On behalf of our client, a leading forex company, we are looking for a Business Analyst to be based at their offices in Limassol, Cyprus.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Liaises with business to confirm needed changes to the system and coordination when applying said changes
• Writes business requirements documentation in user story format along with use cases for new feature requests
• Analyses both product lines overall profitability of the business
• Develops and monitors data quality metrics and ensure business data and reporting needs are met
• Creates logical and innovative solutions to complex business problems with a focus on automation and improvements to the customer experience
• Documents newly created solutions in project packages
• Prepares documentation on process flows and presents them when needed
• Works closely with developers to ensure technical compatibility and end-user satisfaction
• Defines business requirements and reporting them back to stakeholders

Job Requirements

• University Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or similar field
• Strong technology, analytical and communication skills
• Excellent command of the English language both verbal and written
• Must have strong attention  to detail and organization skills
• Must be analytical with the capability to evaluate business objectives and come up with innovative solutions
• Experience in financial sector strongly preferred
• Analytical, quick-thinking and ability to quickly grasp what is required
