Business Developer

On behalf of our client, a property management company, we are looking for a Business Developer to be based in their offices in Limassol, Cyprus.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Identifies and targets potential business clients through research, networking, and industry events
  • Builds and maintains strong, long-lasting relationships with key business decision-makers
  • Develops tailored solutions and presents compelling proposals to meet the unique needs of B2B clients
  • Works closely with the marketing and product teams to develop strategies that resonate with B2B clients
  • Tracks sales performance and achieves revenue targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Provides regular reports on business development activities
  • Establishes contractual terms and manage contract administration
  • Present the company’s value proposition, highlighting the essence of our business and the advantages of our services

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • At least 3-5 years of experience, within the real estate industry is preferred (in funds management or real estate development) 
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken
  • Additional languages will be considered as advantageous 
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills 
  • Customer-centric business mindset
  • Proactive attitude and drive to getting things done
  • Existing network of landlords, developers and estate agents is advantageous
