On behalf of our client, a forex company, we are looking for a Business Developer to be based at their offices in Limassol, Cyprus.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Analyzes current and past financial data, such as sales reports, and provides strategies to cut costs and increase revenue
- Performs market research to identify new opportunities and engages with executives to establish strategies for pursuing those new opportunities
- Creates and improves proposals for existing and new clients
- Prepares the company budget and continually tracks expenses
- Ensures that the company is on course to meet its revenue goals
- Provides training and mentoring to members of the business development team
- Develops and delivers pitches for potential investors
- Generates new leads by networking with investors and other business partners
- Travel to destinations to best facilitate transactions or training
Job Requirements
- A minimum of one year of experience in Business Development, ideally in the Latin-American market
- Knowledge of MT4 and MT5 will be a definite plus
- Fluent Spanish and very good English
- Spanish will be considered as an advantage
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Robust interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel in order to see clients, explore new markets, and attend conventions
