Business Development Manager

On behalf of our Client, a leading FinTech company, we are looking for a Business Development Manager to be based at their offices in Limassol, Cyprus.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Introduces new business to the company and maintains good relationships with an existing one
  • Prepares business development strategies focused on financial gain in specific markets
  • Researches and engages in the market for potential partnerships
  • Arranges offline and online meetings with partners and clients to drive business development
  • Prepares annual business projections and always meets projected targets
  • Handles individual budgets

Job Requirements

  • University degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Sales, or any other relevant field
  • Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive, or a relevant role
  • Have an established connection of clients and/or partners with the Check and Slovak Market
  • Fluency in the English language (both written and verbal)
  • Fluency in one of these languages: German, Arabic, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Thai, Slovakian, Polish (both written and verbal)
  • Excellent communication, networking, and negotiation skills
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Excel
  • Strong Analytical skills
  • Organized with a high attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
