Business Development & Recruitment Specialist

With immediate effect, we are looking for a Business Development & Recruitment Specialist to be based at our offices in Limassol, Cyprus.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Contributes to growing and developing the business.
  • Identifies new business opportunities, locates, and proposes business deals to the Head of Recruitment by contacting potential customers as well as exploring opportunities.
  • Participates in relevant events to identify any potential clients or candidates.
  • Maintains and develops relationships with existing and prospective customers. 
  • Liaises with existing and prospective customers to ensure they are regularly and consistently updated on progress, ensuring they receive positive recruitment experience.
  • Communicates and collaborates with potential customers to understand their hiring needs and organizational goals and provides advice about recruitment requirements.
  • Actively involved in the sales process from opportunity all the way through to a successful close
  • Cold Calling, visiting clients, business networking, generating leads. 
  • Prepares action plans, gathers data, and identifies target markets.
  • Liaises with candidates to ensure they are fully advised of processes and progress of their application, ensuring all candidates receive a positive recruitment experience.
  • Build an applicant pool by researching and contacting candidates.
  • Attracts prospective candidates using a variety of channels.
  • Conducts interviews in a professional manner. 
  • Seeks out and hires professionals with the right combination of experience, education, and skills to fill in vacancies of customers.

Job Requirements

  • University degree and/or Diploma in Human Resources Management, Business Management, , or Marketing & Communication
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales
  • Excellent command of the English language 
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook)
