On behalf of our client, a corporate solutions, financial and real estate investment company, we are looking for Business Operations & Development Manager to be based at their offices in Limassol, Cyprus and will be reporting to the Founder / Managing Director.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Leads and manages operational processes and business growth strategies for corporate services and relocation services.
- Translates the company’s vision into actionable operational plans aligned with strategic objectives.
- Blends business development, client servicing, internal operations management, and high-level strategic planning.
- Creates and execute a 12-month business development strategy for Corporate Services & Immigration business lines.
- Identifies opportunities for service expansion, market entry, and strategic positioning in Cyprus and Dubai.
- Develops strategic partnerships and represent the business at networking events.
- Builds and maintain strong client relationships.
- Resolves escalated client issues with professionalism and ensure top-tier client service delivery.
- Acts as the lead business representative for client consultations, onboarding, and handovers.
- Develops and refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and workflows for key services, including incorporation, compliance, bookkeeping, and relocation support.
- Builds, lead, and support internal teams with clear processes and efficient cross-functional collaboration.
- Manages operational risk and ensure compliance with regulations in Cyprus and Dubai.
- Set and monitor KPIs, track and report on operations, and prepare business development summaries.
- Maintains a high-performance CRM system, monitor KPIs, and prepare weekly/monthly reporting dashboards.
- Conducts market research, track competitors, and adjust strategies based on trends and demand.
- Leads strategic initiatives for scaling, service innovation, and geographic or product expansion.
- Defines fees for services and oversee budgeting and cost control alongside finance leads.
- Manages key financial and operational reports.
- Creates and execute digital campaigns, manage website and social media, and publish content.
- Drives lead generation through SEO, email outreach, and digital marketing campaigns.
- Builds referral networks with law firms, auditors, real estate agents, banks, and immigration professionals.
- Manages day-to-day operations across departments (corporate structuring, relocation services, legal, finance, and business development/marketing).
Job Requirements:
- Proven experience in leading business operations, client services, and business development.
- Strong leadership and operational oversight capabilities.
- Expertise in developing KPIs, CRM systems, and operational workflows.
- Solid understanding of regulatory compliance and risk management in Cyprus and Dubai.
- Ability to develop and execute business plans and strategies for growth and scalability.
- Proficiency in identifying market trends and adjusting strategies accordingly.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong ability to build and maintain client and partner relationships.
- Familiarity with digital marketing strategies, SEO, social media, and content creation.
- Experience in building referral networks and driving lead generation.
- Strong understanding of budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting.
- Results-driven, with the ability to develop robust systems and implement continuous improvements.
- Capability to handle escalated client issues with professionalism.
- A vision for scalability, efficiency, and service innovation.
- Willingness to take on a role aligned with the responsibilities of a Chief Operating Officer (COO).
