On behalf of our client, a leading broker, we are looking for a Client Support Representative – German Speaking to be based at their offices in Limassol, Cyprus.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Provides high-quality and best-in-class service to clients across telephone calls, emails, and other channels.
- Consistently takes initiatives to resolve clients’ queries with full dedication and determination by identifying problems and solutions in a timely manner.
- Analyses and understands clients’ needs, identifies business opportunities and ways to provide best experience.
- Proactively liaises with various departments to assist in resolving clients’ queries.
- Stay up to date with the financial markets, CFD industry, and trading platforms.
- Assists with proof reading and translation of contents as required.
Job Requirements
- Fluent in the German language.
- Excellent knowledge in English.
- Strong eagerness to learn about financial markets including forex, indices, commodities, cryptocurrencies.
- Enthusiasm about customer service and problem-solving.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Advanced MS Office skills.
- Prior experience of working in a Customer Services and Financial Institutions is preferred, but not essential.
- Ability to rotate morning and afternoon shifts on a weekly basis.
- Flexibility to work weekends and Cyprus Public holidays on a rotation basis.
