Client Support Representative – German Speaking

On behalf of our client, a leading broker, we are looking for a Client Support Representative – German Speaking to be based at their offices in Limassol, Cyprus.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provides high-quality and best-in-class service to clients across telephone calls, emails, and other channels.
  • Consistently takes initiatives to resolve clients’ queries with full dedication and determination by identifying problems and solutions in a timely manner.
  • Analyses and understands clients’ needs, identifies business opportunities and ways to provide best experience.
  • Proactively liaises with various departments to assist in resolving clients’ queries.
  • Stay up to date with the financial markets, CFD industry, and trading platforms.
  • Assists with proof reading and translation of contents as required.

Job Requirements

  • Fluent in the German language. 
  • Excellent knowledge in English. 
  • Strong eagerness to learn about financial markets including forex, indices, commodities, cryptocurrencies.
  • Enthusiasm about customer service and problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Advanced MS Office skills.
  • Prior experience of working in a Customer Services and Financial Institutions is preferred, but not essential.
  • Ability to rotate morning and afternoon shifts on a weekly basis.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and Cyprus Public holidays on a rotation basis.
