Commercial Director

On behalf of our client, a real estate company, we are looking for a Commercial Director to be based at their offices in Limassol, Cyprus.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Define and lead the commercial and sales strategy across multiple projects.
  • Establish clear KPIs, sales targets, and performance metrics aligned with growth goals.
  • Build a scalable and investor-focused sales process that delivers results and maximizes efficiency.
  • Recruit, manage, and mentor a results-driven sales and commercial team.
  • Conduct regular coaching, performance reviews, and training to optimize team capability.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, brokers, wealth advisors, and strategic partners.
  • Represent Square One in key negotiations, presentations, and closings.
  • Ensure a premium client experience from first contact to post-sale follow-up.
  • Identify and develop new markets, lead sources, and partnership opportunities.
  • Work with external collaborators to expand project visibility and generate qualified leads.
  • Monitor trends and adjust go-to-market strategy based on investor behavior and feedback.
  • Oversee the full sales funnel from lead generation to conversion and retention.
  • Provide regular reports to the executive team with insights, forecasts, and action plans.
  • Collaborate with finance and executive leadership on pricing models and deal structures.
  • Drive negotiations to achieve win-win outcomes for Square One and its clients.
  • Monitor the commercial budget and ensure all activities are cost-effective and ROI-positive.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to align campaigns and sales messaging with company positioning.
  • Represent Square One at events, investor meetups, and conferences.

Job Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in a commercial, business development, or senior sales leadership role
  • Demonstrated success in leading teams, scaling operations, and delivering revenue growth
  • Strategic thinker with strong execution skills and the ability to drive measurable results
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • Fluency in English is required, additional language is a plus
