Communications & Branding Manager

On behalf of our client, a leading forex company, we are looking for a Communications & Branding Manager to be based at their offices in Limassol, Cyprus.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Leads and manages the communications and branding team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to team members
  • Develops and implements comprehensive communications and branding strategies to enhance brand awareness, reputation, and engagement with key stakeholders
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams, including marketing, public relations, and creative services, to align branding and communications efforts with overall business objectives
  • Supervises the development and execution of integrated communications plans, ensuring consistency in messaging across various channels and platforms
  • Develops and maintains the organization’s brand guidelines, ensuring brand consistency and adherence to established standards in all communications materials
  • Manages the creation and production of marketing and communications collateral, such as press releases, newsletters, brochures, website content, and social media content
  • Oversees media relations activities, including media monitoring, building relationships with key media contacts, and coordinating media events
  • Monitors industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in communications and branding, identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement
  • Measures and analyzes the effectiveness of communications and branding initiatives, providing regular reports and recommendations for continuous improvement

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field. Additional certifications or advanced degrees in these areas are a plus
  • Proven experience in communications, branding, or public relations roles, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership or managerial position
  • Excellent communication skills in both Greek and English language
  • Solid understanding of branding principles, strategic communications planning, and integrated marketing communications
  • Proficient in utilizing communication tools and platforms, such as content management systems, social media management tools, and analytics platforms
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and demands
