On behalf of our client, a real estate company, we are looking for a Construction Project Manager to be based in their premises in Limassol, Cyprus.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manages and oversees construction projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards
- Develops and maintains project schedules, including coordination of activities with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders
- Coordinates and lead project meetings, including progress updates and issue resolution
- Collaborates with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure compliance with design specifications, building codes, and regulations
- Monitors, tracks and reports project costs, budget allocations, and financial forecasts
- Oversees and reviews technical drawings and specifications
- Ensures effective communication and collaboration between project team members, stakeholders, and clients
- Proactively identifies and mitigates project risks and issues, implementing corrective actions as necessary
- Conducts regular site visits and inspections to monitor project progress, safety, and quality control
- Ensures the implementation of health & safety procedures, policies and legislation.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, QS or related fields
- 4-5 years of experience in Construction Management or a similar role
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and regulations
- Excellent communication in Greek and English language in both verbal and written form
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage complex projects
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
