On behalf of our client, a team of Directors, Managers, Teachers, Teaching Assistants, and a SENCO who work together productively to create a stimulating and inclusive environment for each and every child, we are looking for a Cook (Preschool) to be based at their school in Limassol, Cyprus.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Excellent knowledge of the food menu
  • Creates and prepares a wide variety of food products in a tasteful way
  • Responsible for preparing the kitchen and the materials used for food preparation, based on the standard recipes.
  • Oversee stocks for food ingredients / food supply inventory
  • Monitors the maintenance and sanitation of the kitchen area and equipment utilized, to ensure a healthy and safe work environment
  • Follows health and safety procedures
  • Keeps workstation and kitchen equipment and tools clean and sanitized

Job requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma or/and Certificate in Culinary Arts will be considered an advantage
  • Proven experience in a similar position
  • Good knowledge of Greek and English
  • Excellent knowledge and understanding of the Health & Safety Rules & Regulations and HACCP standards
