CRM Manager (Turkish Speaking)

On behalf of our client, a software solutions company, we are looking for a CRM Manager (Turkish Speaking) to be based at their offices in Larnaca, Cyprus.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Takes full ownership of the Turkish market, driving strategy, execution, and data-driven activations
  • Stays up-to-date with Turkish trends, hot topics, and media, particularly in football and gaming
  • Updates and manages the Turkish web and mobile platforms, ensuring accurate translations, engaging content, and relevant updates
  • Plans, executes, and reports on quarterly and monthly marketing campaigns for our product verticals (Sport & Casino)
  • Creates compelling Turkish copywriting from scratch or adapts existing editorial concepts together with the TR content team
  • Develops, schedules, and implements CRM campaigns using Email, SMS, and Tele-Marketing tools tailored to the Turkish market
  • Analyzes campaign performance to refine strategies and improve engagement and activity
  • Conceptualizes and delivers effective internal and external marketing promotions, ensuring seamless execution
  • Collaborates with copywriters, designers, customer support, and marketing managers to align campaigns with brand objectives
  • Maintains the Social Media strategy together with the Social Media team to grow and engage the Turkish audience
  • Analyzes data from Email, SMS, and Tele-Marketing campaigns to optimize future activations
  • Contributes ideas and recommendations to improve engagement and retention strategies.
  • Fosters constructive working relationships with team members across departments.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or in a similar field
  • At least 1+ years’ experience CRM / Marketing is preferred 
  • In depth understanding of the Turkish culture and mentality
  • Fluent in Turkish and English, in both verbal and written form
  • Knowledge about the Turkish online market, including trends, audience preferences, and competitive landscape
  • Experience in dealing face to face with Customers
  • The ability to work in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced culture and innovative marketing team, but also able to demonstrate an in-depth understanding of core processes and principles
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects/tasks of varying complexities, meet deadlines and work well under pressure
  • Basic HTML knowledge will be considered a plus
