Customer Executive Administrator

On behalf of our client, a Real Estate Developer company, we are looking for a Customer Executive Administrator, to be based at their offices in Larnaca, Cyprus.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Updates the client’s payment schedules
  • Updates all clients on the construction progress for each project in liaison with the project manager
  • Provides clients with all material selections
  • Updates the internal sales progression CRM
  • Liaises with lawyers regarding VAT approval
  • Oversees the process from reservation until Title Deeds are issued
  • Interacts with customers, lawyers, and to some degree, architects
  • Obtains signatures upon project readiness
  • Supports clients with aftercare solutions
  • Coordinates with furniture companies for delivery of items
  • Obtains all necessary confirmations from clients via email
  • Liaises with the internal company bookkeeper regarding any pending amounts
