On behalf of our client, a Real Estate Developer company, we are looking for a Customer Executive Administrator, to be based at their offices in Larnaca, Cyprus.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Updates the client’s payment schedules
- Updates all clients on the construction progress for each project in liaison with the project manager
- Provides clients with all material selections
- Updates the internal sales progression CRM
- Liaises with lawyers regarding VAT approval
- Oversees the process from reservation until Title Deeds are issued
- Interacts with customers, lawyers, and to some degree, architects
- Obtains signatures upon project readiness
- Supports clients with aftercare solutions
- Coordinates with furniture companies for delivery of items
- Obtains all necessary confirmations from clients via email
- Liaises with the internal company bookkeeper regarding any pending amounts
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Executive Administration
- Fluency in Greek and English
- A degree in a relevant field is considered an advantage
