Customer Relationship Officer

On behalf of our client, a real estate company, we are looking for a Customer Relationship Officer to be based in their premises in Limassol, Cyprus.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Monitors outstanding balances and coordinates timely follow-ups on overdue accounts
  • Acts as the primary contact for clients regarding billing, payments, and accounts receivable inquiries
  • Builds and maintains positive, long-term relationships with clients
  • Conducts check-ins with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns proactively
  • Collaborates with the accounting team to resolve discrepancies and streamline invoicing
  • Provides clients with guidance on payment processes, timelines, and accepted methods
  • Addresses client concerns regarding billing or payment-related issues, resolving them quickly and efficiently
  • Prepares reports on collections, outstanding balances, and any recurring issues

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any related field
  • Proven experience in customer relationship management, accounts receivable, or billing
  • Fluency in both Greek and English, in verbal and written form
  • Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service and conflict resolution
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, especially around billing and financial discussions
