On behalf of our client, a software developer and global leader in exam certification management, we are looking for a Customer Service Agent – English Speaking to be based at their offices in Nicosia, Cyprus.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensures that customer inquiries are dealt with in accordance with the performance and service standards as laid down by the company
- Ensures that relevant correspondence is handled within the set KPI standards
- Ensures that all complaints and inquiries relating to the work are answered in accordance with set procedures and guidelines
- Monitors, delegates and answers all queues from inbound requests (i.e. email, chat, phone and social media) within set KPI standards
- Trains and co-ordinates new partners’ and customers’ on-boarding according to the standards set by the international business units
- Ensures that the working environment is secure and orderly during all shifts and dress code is in accordance with standards set for Customer Service employees
- Works effectively in a team environment and liaise with other teams, in order to get the job done and reach the best possible results
- Carries out any reasonably allocated duties and tasks, relevant to the role and the scope of activities by applying a flexible & adaptable customer centric approach to serve the company’s multinational presence and global operations across multiple time zones
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field will be considered an advantage
- Minimum 1 year experience in similar position/ function
- Prior working experience in the certification of persons and/or training and exam fields would be considered an advantage
- Excellent command of the English language (native-like or C2 level certification desired, LanguageCert C2 LTE or C2 IESOL certificate would be a plus)
- Availability to work in 24/7 rotating shifts (including some nightshifts on a monthly basis, weekends and holidays)
- Advanced computer literacy is required (ECDL Advance level certification would be considered an advantage)
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Well organized, self-driven, flexible and able to work in a high-volume, fast- Internal paced, and deadline-driven environment
