Customer Service Agent – German Speaking

On behalf of our client, a software solutions company, we are looking for a Customer Service Agent – German Speaking to be based at their offices in Larnaca, Cyprus.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Helps internal and external customers
  • Contacts other departments when there is an issue to be solved
  • Keeps customer request queues as low as possible
  • Customer research (bonuses, deposits, transactions, betting slips, documents, bet calculations)
  • Handles customer request queues assigned according to workload
  • Having a high knowledge of products offered by the company
  • Taking over in the absence of the team leader

Job Requirements:

  • High school or post-secondary school graduate
  • Any previous working experience will be considered an advantage 
  • Knowledge of Internet-related software and Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to work well with others and be a team player
  • Excellent communication skills in both Greek and English
  • Strong communication skills and organizational skills.
