Customer Service Representative – Cashier

On behalf of our client, a wholesale distributor, we are looking for a Customer Service Representative – Cashier to be based at their offices in Limassol, Cyprus.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Handling customer transactions using the cash register.
  • Providing customer support via phone and email.
  • Collecting and processing financial transactions.
  • Recording financial transactions in internal databases.
  • Issuing receipts, processing refunds, and managing product returns.
  • Adding new product deliveries into the system.
  • Ensuring proper cash register closing procedures.
  • Handling customer complaints with professionalism and providing relevant guidance and information.

Job Requirements:

  • High school diploma.
  • Excellent command of both Greek and English.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Previous experience in a DIY store will be considered an advantage.
  • Experience with ERP systems for issuing invoices, quotes, etc.
  • Familiarity with SAP Business One will be considered a plus.
