On behalf of our client, a wholesale distributor, we are looking for a Customer Service Representative – Cashier to be based at their offices in Limassol, Cyprus.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Handling customer transactions using the cash register.
- Providing customer support via phone and email.
- Collecting and processing financial transactions.
- Recording financial transactions in internal databases.
- Issuing receipts, processing refunds, and managing product returns.
- Adding new product deliveries into the system.
- Ensuring proper cash register closing procedures.
- Handling customer complaints with professionalism and providing relevant guidance and information.
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma.
- Excellent command of both Greek and English.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Previous experience in a DIY store will be considered an advantage.
- Experience with ERP systems for issuing invoices, quotes, etc.
- Familiarity with SAP Business One will be considered a plus.
