Customer Support & Administrator Assistant

On behalf of our client, an energy systems provider, we are looking for a Customer Support & Administrator Assistant, to be based at their offices in Limassol, Cyprus.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Cooperates with the staff with the aim to ensure orderly operation of the office
  • Processes correspondence of the company, internally and externally
  • Prepares any other documents, forms, tables, etc. for the needs of the department
  • Ensures the maintenance of the office equipment
  • Be present at meetings for the minutes of the meetings
  • Checks the stocks of office equipment and makes the corresponding orders, always in consultation with the Accounting Department
  • Keeps the Company’s filing system up-to-date and in an orderly basis of procedures
  • Manages CRM/CRS software with incoming customer base in coordination with Sales Manager
  • Receives incoming telephone calls and transfers them to the appropriate persons or informs the recipients when they are absent
  • Receives incoming mails and distribute them to the appropriate persons
  • Applies customer management and distribution to vendors by province through M.M.E.
  • Prepares standard offers (plan preparation where applicable) after filters data (Using Excel)
  • Prepares EAC applications in consultation with the Back Office and Service and Logistics Officer
  • Contacts the customers by phone for any outstanding payments and payments in consultation with the sellers, Back Office, Service and Logistics Officer and the Accounting Department

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Secretarial Studies or equivalent secondary education qualifications
  • Fluency in Greek and English
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Prior experience in a similar role or call center environment is highly desirable
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, essential for delivering exceptional customer service
  • Demonstrated responsibility, professionalism, and integrity in previous roles
