Customer Support Administrator

On behalf of our client, a well-established group that specializes in electronic engineering, we are looking for an Customer Support Administrator to be based at their offices in Limassol, Cyprus.

Main Duties and Responsibilities 

  • Provides support to customers
  • Act as the first point of contact for customers
  • Answers phone, email, and face-to-face customer enquiries
  • Updates customer records in the company’s system, including notes about meetings and outcomes
  • Directs customers to online resources
  • Creates and maintains reports on customer interactions
  • Presents ideas for improving customer care
  • Encourages customers to complete satisfaction surveys
  • Makes recommendations to managers to improve customer experience

Job Requirements

  • A Diploma/Bachelor’s degree will be considered an advantage
  • Proven work experience in an Office Admin/Customer Service is a must
  • Knowledge of photovoltaic systems will be considered as an advantage 
  • Fluency in Greek and English language (written and oral)
  • Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Understanding of the sales process and dynamics
  • Computer literate
