On behalf of our client, a software solutions company, we are looking for a Customer Support Agent – German Speaking to be based at their offices in Larnaca, Cyprus.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Helps internal and external customers.
- Contacts other departments when there is an issue to be solved.
- Keeps customer request queues as low as possible.
- Conducts customer research (bonuses, deposits, transactions, betting slips, documents, bet calculations).
- Handles customer request queues assigned accordingly to workload.
- Has a high knowledge of the products offered by the company.
- Attends team meetings and activities.
- Takes over in the absence of their line manager.
- Escalates technical issues.
- Responsible for the emergency procedure.
- Provides chat and email quality assurance.
- Analyzes any promotion before it’s launched.
- Responsible for the banned procedure.
Job Requirements:
- High school or post-secondary school graduate.
- Work experience preferably at least one year.
- Fluency in German both written and spoken.
- Skills – strong communication skills; knowledge of Internet related software.
