Customer Support Agent – German Speaking

On behalf of our client, a software solutions company, we are looking for a Customer Support Agent – German Speaking to be based at their offices in Lija, Malta.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Helps internal and external customers.
  • Contacts other departments when there is an issue to be solved.
  • Keeps customer request queues as low as possible.
  • Conducts customer research (bonuses, deposits, transactions, betting slips, documents, bet calculations).
  • Handles customer request queues assigned accordingly to workload.
  • Has a high knowledge of the products offered by the company.
  • Attends team meetings and activities.
  • Takes over in the absence of their line manager.
  • Escalates technical issues.
  • Responsible for the emergency procedure.
  • Provides chat and email quality assurance.
  • Analyzes any promotion before it’s launched.
  • Responsible for the banned procedure.

Job Requirements:

  • High school or post-secondary school  graduate.
  • Work experience preferably at least one year.
  • Fluency in German both written and spoken.
  • Skills – strong communication skills; knowledge of Internet related software.
