Customer Support Officer Czech Speaker

On behalf of our client, a forex company, we are looking for a Customer Support Officer Czech Speaker to based at their offices in Limassol, Cyprus.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Delivers service and support to customers through live chats, emails, and phone calls
  • Provides answers to customers by identifying problems, researching answers, and guiding them through corrective steps
  • Handles and resolves customer complaints
  • Provides information to customers regarding company services and products
  • Provides quality service and support in a variety of areas, including but not limited to system/technical troubleshooting, login/account issues, accounting (deposits and withdrawals), and general trading inquiries
  • Maintains a balance between company policy and customer benefit in decision-making
  • Handles issues in the best interest of both customer and the company
  • Informs customers about internal regulations and company procedures
  • Informs the customer where applicable
  • Updates customer records when necessary
  • Ensures that all duties are done in line with the necessary KYC, AML, and due diligence controls

Job Requirements

  • Relevant experience in the forex industry would be considered an advantage
  • Fluency in English and Czech (Both verbal and written)
  • Computer literate with experience using MS Office applications, trading platforms, and CRM systems
  • Previous experience in similar position is a must, for customer support and/or back office will be considered an advantage
  • Previous experience with CFD markets, an understanding of the risks involved, familiarity with AML and KYC procedures, etc
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills
