Customer Support Officer Czech Speaker
On behalf of our client, a forex company, we are looking for a Customer Support Officer Czech Speaker to based at their offices in Limassol, Cyprus.
Role & Responsibilities
- Delivers service and support to customers through live chats, emails, and phone calls
- Provides answers to customers by identifying problems, researching answers, and guiding them through corrective steps
- Handles and resolves customer complaints
- Provides information to customers regarding company services and products
- Provides quality service and support in a variety of areas, including but not limited to system/technical troubleshooting, login/account issues, accounting (deposits and withdrawals), and general trading inquiries
- Maintains a balance between company policy and customer benefit in decision-making
- Handles issues in the best interest of both customer and the company
- Informs customers about internal regulations and company procedures
- Informs the customer where applicable
- Updates customer records when necessary
- Ensures that all duties are done in line with the necessary KYC, AML, and due diligence controls
Job Requirements
- Relevant experience in the forex industry would be considered an advantage
- Fluency in English and Czech (Both verbal and written)
- Computer literate with experience using MS Office applications, trading platforms, and CRM systems
- Previous experience in similar position is a must, for customer support and/or back office will be considered an advantage
- Previous experience with CFD markets, an understanding of the risks involved, familiarity with AML and KYC procedures, etc
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills
- Outstanding customer service skills
