On behalf of our client, a broad-spectrum property management service provider, we are looking for a Document Controller to be based at their offices in Limassol, Cyprus.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Serves as the single point of contact for all project correspondence between the Project’s Contract Administrator and the Contractor.
- Manages the project’s document registration platforms in accordance with company procedures.
- Administers the project’s main email inbox, ensuring timely follow-up and compliance with correspondence reply deadlines.
- Registers, organizes, and tracks all project documents, ensuring accurate, confidential records and timely distribution to project teams and stakeholders.
- Prepares ad-hoc reports and supports tender-related correspondence.
- Maintains and updates document registries, ensuring alignment with project specifications and requirements.
- Drafts and prepares project-related correspondence, forms, and administrative documents.
- Oversees daily site office operations, including visitor reception, meetings, supplies, and equipment.
- Coordinates with IT, telecom, and external service providers to ensure smooth office functionality.
- Provides administrative support to the Contract Administrator and Project Manager.
Job Requirements:
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of two years of experience in office administration.
- Familiarity with document control systems and construction industry processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy
