On behalf of our client, a leading forex company, we are looking for an Email Marketing Operations Specialist to be based at their offices in Limassol, Cyprus.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Creates, reviews, and sends multi-language email broadcasts for the company’s brands
- Prepares and executes targeted campaigns using HubSpot or other email platforms
- Develops and maintains reusable HTML email templates
- Troubleshoots technical issues related to HTML email templates and ensure responsive design
- Updates website content based on information provided by various departments
- Ensures all website updates are accurate and visually appealing
- Manages and troubleshoots website-related issues, including HTML and WordPress functionality
Job Requirements:
- University Degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Information Technology, or a related field
- Proven experience with email marketing platforms such as HubSpot, SendGrid, Mailchimp, or similar tools
- Strong experience with WordPress, HTML, and CMS systems
- Solid knowledge of HTML for both email and web content
- Familiarity with WordPress for website updates and troubleshooting
- Understanding of email design principles and responsive design best practices
- Excellent command of English (additional languages are a plus)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy in written and oral communication
- Ability to meet strict deadlines and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and processes
