Executive Business Support Officer

On behalf of our client, a leading consulting, technology and outsourcing services company, we are looking for an Executive Business Support Officer to be based at their offices in Limassol, Cyprus.

Main Duties and Responsibilities 

  • Handles senior management’s schedules and meetings.
  • Drafts, reviews, and sends professional correspondence and reports.
  • Manages incoming communication, prioritizing and coordinating responses.
  • Tracks deadlines and ensures timely execution of action items.
  • Assists with confidential administrative tasks and employee benefit processes.
  • Coordinates all travel arrangements for executives and staff, adhering to company policies and budgets.
  • Manages registrations for conferences, trainings, and client visits.
  • Provides logistical support for travel.
  • Organizes internal and external events, handling all aspects from venue selection to vendor coordination.
  • Ensures successful execution of events, from planning to feedback collection.
  • Manages daily office operations and maintains a clean, efficient working environment.
  • Serves as the contact point for administrative requests, office issues, and vendor interactions.
  • Manages office supplies and liaises with suppliers for replenishment.
  • Prepares and manages meeting rooms, ensuring necessary equipment and materials are available.
  • Assists with the onboarding of new employees, including workspace setup and office orientation

Job Requirements: 

  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in executive assistance, office coordination, or a similar role administrative role.
  • Fluent in English and Greek, both written and spoken 
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time management skills.   
  • Computer literate, with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and familiarity with office management tools or software.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.
  • Strong interpersonal and vendor coordination skills.
  • A flexible, can-do attitude with a collaborative mindset
