F&B Operations Manager

On behalf of our client, a luxurious Hotel and Spa, we are looking for an F&B Operations Manager to be based at their premises in Paphos, Cyprus.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Leads and manages all food and beverage operations to exceed guest expectations.
  • Ensures adherence to hygiene, quality, and safety standards across all F&B areas
  • Recruits, supervises and develops team members, ensuring efficient service and guest satisfaction
  • Identifies revenue opportunities through upselling, menu improvements, and promotions
  • Monitors budgets, manage cost control, and drive financial performance

Job Requirements:

  • Degree in Hospitality or Food & Beverage Management (or related field)
  • 3+ years of experience in F&B management within a luxury hotel or resort
  • Fluent in English and Greek; additional languages a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Hotel PMS software
