Uniteam Marine is an international ship management organisation that provides industry-leading services to ship owners and ship managers across a wide range of countries and jurisdictions.

With immediate effect we are looking for a Fleet Administrator to be based at our office in Limassol, Cyprus.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Gathers and files all monthly documentation from the vessels in the correct format
  • Coordinates Owners monthly and quarterly reporting requirements
  • Controls reads/writes access to the fleet operations portal
  • Controls the vessel drawing and manuals folder
  • Monitors and controls fleet operations portal record keeping
  • Monitors and advises on vessel visit plan and assist in documentation control
  • Monitors and advises on drydock due dates and preparation milestones
  • Monitors and advises on vessel certification folders and Class and Flag due dates
  • Files and monitors lub oil and fuel sampling records
  • Monitors vessel KPI’s and keep records as required
  • Assists with the PMS monitoring as required
  • Assists the technical function with travel and visa requirements as required

Job Requirements 

  • University degree in Maritime studies or other equivalent studies
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English
  • Computer proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets, presentations, communication (e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
