Front Desk officer

On behalf of our client, a world-class law firm, we are looking for a Front Desk officer to be based in their offices in Limassol, Cyprus.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcomes and greets visitors, both in person and over the phone
  • Manages incoming calls, providing basic information or directing inquiries to the appropriate contacts
  • Maintains office security by following safety protocols and controlling access through the reception area
  • Oversees the ordering and inventory of front office supplies
  • Receives, sorts, and distributes daily mail and deliveries
  • Performs general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and faxing
  • Ensures the reception area remains organized and professional at all times

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role
  • A customer-centric approach with a focus on quality service
  • A Professional attitude and polished appearance
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to be proactive and resourceful
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Greek and English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and general computer literacy
