Guest Services Officer

On behalf of our client, a broad-spectrum property management service provider, we are looking for a Guest Services Officer to be based at their offices in Limassol, Cyprus.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Welcomes and greets guests/tenants.
  • Answers the phone and makes reservations, takes and distributes messages or emails, and direct calls.
  • Informs guests of apartments rates and services
  • Registers and checks in guests to their apartments.
  • Receives and transmits messages to guests and owners.
  • Liaises with necessary staff including housekeeping and maintenance team to address any problem or complaints made by tenants or owners.
  • Acts as a point of reference for tenants or owners who need assistance or information.
  • Responds to complaints and find the appropriate solutions.

Job Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or  Qualification in Office Administration/Hospitality Management.
  • Experience in customer relationship and hospitality management of at least 6 months.
  • Proven experience in front Office Management.
  • Strong working knowledge of relevant computer software including MS Office and booking and payments systems(visa).
  • Fluent in Greek and English.
  • Highly responsible and reliable.
  • Strong communication skills.
