Guest Services Officer
On behalf of our client, a broad-spectrum property management service provider, we are looking for a Guest Services Officer to be based at their offices in Limassol, Cyprus.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Welcomes and greets guests/tenants.
- Answers the phone and makes reservations, takes and distributes messages or emails, and direct calls.
- Informs guests of apartments rates and services
- Registers and checks in guests to their apartments.
- Receives and transmits messages to guests and owners.
- Liaises with necessary staff including housekeeping and maintenance team to address any problem or complaints made by tenants or owners.
- Acts as a point of reference for tenants or owners who need assistance or information.
- Responds to complaints and find the appropriate solutions.
Job Requirements:
- High School Diploma or Qualification in Office Administration/Hospitality Management.
- Experience in customer relationship and hospitality management of at least 6 months.
- Proven experience in front Office Management.
- Strong working knowledge of relevant computer software including MS Office and booking and payments systems(visa).
- Fluent in Greek and English.
- Highly responsible and reliable.
- Strong communication skills.
