Head of Business Development – LATAM

On behalf of our Client, a leading forex company, we are looking for a Head of Business Development – LATAM to be based at their offices in Limassol, Cyprus.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Builds market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships in the LATAM market
  • Seeks out and builds new business 
  • Identifies ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements in the market
  • Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements, developing and negotiating contracts, integrating contract requirements with business operations
  • Plans webinars, seminars, and promotions for targeted markets
  • Arranges meetings with existing and prospective contacts
  • Attends major industry events
  • Documents business development activities                                                                                       

Main Requirements

  • University degree in Business Administration or relevant field
  • Fluent in Spanish and  English, both verbal and written
  • Prior work experience in a similar role with a proven track record is required
  • Team Player with a strong work ethic
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Must be able to travel extensively in the region
