HR Administrator
On behalf of our client, one of Cyprus’ most respected property development and management firm, we are looking for an HR Administrator to be based at their offices in Limassol, Cyprus.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepares and amends HR documents
- Be actively involved in the recruitment and hiring process
- Completes and maintains training records – HRDA forms
- Organizes and maintains personnel records and filling system for all new hires and existing employees
- Assists in the preparation of monthly payroll by providing the accounting department with relevant information
- Assists in the performance management of the personnel
- Ensures compliance with the employment law or any other regulation related to employees such as GDPR
- Supports the development and implementation of HR initiatives
- Participates in HR projects
- Undertake general HR administration duties
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or a relevant field
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar position
- Fluent in Greek and English
- Responsible and highly organized
- Good knowledge of labor law
- Attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to always keep strict confidentiality
