HR & Office Administrative Officer

On behalf of our client, a leading broker, we are looking for an HR & Office Administrative Officer to be based at their offices in Limassol, Cyprus.

Main Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Acts as the first point of contact for employees’ queries and requests
  • Assists with HR administrative tasks related to employee onboarding, offboarding, and personnel records
  • Supports the recruitment process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates
  • Supports HR initiatives and projects, such as performance management, employee engagement, and diversity and inclusion efforts
  • Assists with benefits administration and leave management, including enrolment, changes, requests, claims, and inquiries
  • Prepares and maintains HR-related documents, such as employment contracts, offer letters, and policies and procedures
  • Manages office administration, including processing mail and couriers, answering calls, maintaining supplies inventory, and handling procurement to ensure adequate stock levels
  • Greets and assists visitors, providing them with a positive and professional experience
  • Coordinates meetings and appointments, including scheduling, room preparation, and setup
  • Stays up to date on HR laws, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance with company policies

Job Requirements: 

  • University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar position preferable within the industry
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Fluency in both English and Greek
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Professional demeanor and positive attitude
  • Detail-oriented and accurate in completing tasks with a high level of attention to detail
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles is a plus
