On behalf of our client, a wholesale distributor, we are looking for an HR / Office Administrator to be based at their offices in Limassol, Cyprus.
Human Resources Responsibilities
- Maintains and updates employee records, contracts, HR databases and daily monitoring of HR software.
- Maintains and updates policies, procedures and the Employee Handbook.
- Coordinates the recruitment processes, including job postings, interview scheduling, and onboarding.
- Supports payroll by providing accurate information & reports regarding present/absent employee status.
- Acts as a point of contact for HR-related queries and employee relations matters.
- Ensures compliance with labor laws, company policies, and workplace regulations.
- Coordinates employee training, engagement activities, and performance appraisals.
Office Administration Responsibilities
- Oversees procurement and vendor management for company / employee needs and coordinates facility maintenance.
- Assists with scheduling internal company meetings, handles correspondence, manages documents and follow-ups.
- Supports leadership with administrative tasks, travel arrangements, and event planning.
- Ensures smooth day-to-day office operations and handles general inquiries.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in HR administration and office management.
- Experience in SAP Business One and ZOHO People software will be considered as an advantage.
- Knowledge of HR best practices, understanding of labor laws, and office management procedures.
- Familiarity with payroll processing and employee benefits administration.
- Excellent knowledge of the Greek and English language, both verbal and written.
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in team.
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
