HR / Office Administrator

On behalf of our client, a wholesale distributor, we are looking for an HR / Office  Administrator to be based at their offices in Limassol, Cyprus.

Human Resources Responsibilities

  • Maintains and updates employee records, contracts, HR databases and daily monitoring of HR software.
  • Maintains and updates policies, procedures and the Employee Handbook.
  • Coordinates the recruitment processes, including job postings, interview scheduling, and onboarding.
  • Supports payroll by providing accurate information & reports regarding present/absent employee status.
  • Acts as a point of contact for HR-related queries and employee relations matters.
  • Ensures compliance with labor laws, company policies, and workplace regulations.
  • Coordinates employee training, engagement activities, and performance appraisals.

Office Administration Responsibilities

  • Oversees procurement and vendor management for company / employee needs and coordinates facility maintenance.
  • Assists with scheduling internal company meetings, handles correspondence, manages documents and follow-ups.
  • Supports leadership with administrative tasks, travel arrangements, and event planning.
  • Ensures smooth day-to-day office operations and handles general inquiries.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in HR administration and office management.
  • Experience in SAP Business One and ZOHO People software will be considered as an advantage.
  • Knowledge of HR best practices, understanding of labor laws, and office management procedures.
  • Familiarity with payroll processing and employee benefits administration.
  • Excellent knowledge of the Greek and English language, both verbal and written.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work in team. 
  • Ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
