HR Specialist

On behalf of our client, a law firm we are looking for an HR Specialist to be based at their offices in Limassol, Cyprus.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manages the full recruitment cycle including job postings, shortlisting, interviewing, and onboarding
  • Maintains employee records and HR databases accurately
  • Handles employee benefits administration
  • Develops and updates HR policies and procedures
  • Manages attendance, leave records, and disciplinary actions as needed
  • Assists in training, performance evaluations, and employee engagement initiatives
  • Ensures compliance with local labor regulations and employment standards
  • Acts as a point of contact for employee queries and grievances
  • Supports management in organizational development and culture building

Job Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 3 years of experience in HR 
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office
