On behalf of our client, a law firm we are looking for an HR Specialist to be based at their offices in Limassol, Cyprus.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manages the full recruitment cycle including job postings, shortlisting, interviewing, and onboarding
- Maintains employee records and HR databases accurately
- Handles employee benefits administration
- Develops and updates HR policies and procedures
- Manages attendance, leave records, and disciplinary actions as needed
- Assists in training, performance evaluations, and employee engagement initiatives
- Ensures compliance with local labor regulations and employment standards
- Acts as a point of contact for employee queries and grievances
- Supports management in organizational development and culture building
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3 years of experience in HR
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
