On behalf of our client, an innovative law firm, we are looking for an Immigration Consultant to be based at their offices in Limassol, Cyprus.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Undertakes all types of Cyprus immigration applications and other matters, including, but not limited to, applications for PRP and citizenship under the respective government policies or programs.
- Communicates and/or liaises with, attends, and escorts the clients to governmental authorities, including the Ministry of Interior, Directorate of Civil Registry, Deputy Ministry of Migration and International Protection, Migration Department, District Immigration Units, Ministry of Finance, and the Land Registry Office.
- Explores the market for efficient, yielding, and/or lucrative investments in all the qualified investment areas in accordance with the applicable schemes and programs.
- Communicates with developers, real estate agents, investment funds, and companies for investment options and opportunities; explores the prospects; discusses and/or negotiates prospects and terms of cooperation.
- Assists/gguides the clients through any governmental or other public procedures (including, among others, procedures before the Land Registry Office) and communicates/liaises with or attends any respective governmental or other public authorities in that regard.
- Contributes in the writing of articles and other publications that the firm posts or publishes on its official website and on other webpages, newsletters, journals, or other publications of legal or other content.
Job Requirements
- At least two (2) years of experience in the immigration sector;
- Fluent knowledge of Greek and English, both written and oral (additional language will be considered an advantage);
- Excellent use of Microsoft Office Suite;
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and pressure, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to take initiatives, work under minimum direction, and take responsibility for own actions.
