International Administrator

On behalf of our Client, a leading Forex company with offices around the world, we are looking for an International Administrator to be based at their offices in Limassol, Cyprus.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Handles client inquiries and ensures that high level services are provided
  • Stays abreast with the latest developments, products, marketing promotions and the relevant terms and conditions, and communicates them over to clients
  • Ensures compliance with the Company’s legal guidelines and compliance procedures
  • Produces relevant analysis and reports
  • Provides suggestions on system enhancements
  • Proposes and introduces new ideas for the improvement of the department’s operations
  • Provides training and monitoring the performance of the team members
  • Makes conscious efforts to keep team members motivated, committed and focused on their targets
  • Holds frequent meetings with team members
  • Contributes to team effort by achieving targeted results
  • Cooperates effectively with other departments as necessary
  • Spends significant time travelling abroad (up to 10 months per year)

Job Requirements

  • University degree in any business- related field
  • Fluency in English and Greek
  • Flexibility to work in a multicultural environment
  • Excellent people management skills
  • Reliable, with integrity of character and strong business acumen
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Dynamic, innovative and target oriented
  • Strong computer literacy
