IT Client Systems Administrator

With immediate effect, we are looking for an IT Client Systems Administrator to be based at our office in Limassol, Cyprus.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

• Installs, configures and troubleshoots Microsoft Windows 10/11 Operating system and Microsoft 365
• Troubleshoots Software and Hardware issues of Desktops and Laptops 
• Takes provision of first level support via Ticket System, and escalation of incidents to higher level support as required.
• Tests and assesses of new technologies (software/hardware), 
• Administrates Cloud PBX telephony, Backup systems, Printing systems and Time and Attendance systems.
• Provisions mobile devices (Android/Apple) with MDM
• Reports directly to the local IT Systems Administrator to communicate any issues, tasks, or project status

Job Requirements

• University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related subject
• 3 years previous work experience in a similar role
• Good understanding of cloud services, cloud architecture and virtualization.
• Good experience on Computer networking (LAN/ WAN/ File Sharing/ Wi-Fi).
• Experience working on Microsoft Servers (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Radius, SCCM) 
• Experience with PowerShell and bash will be considered a major advantage.
• IT certifications from Microsoft or Linux systems will be considered an advantage.
• Excellent knowledge of the English language
• Good communication and teamworking skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and work under pressure.
