Japanese Business Development Manager

On behalf of our client, a leading forex company, we are looking for a Japanese Business Development Manager to be based at their offices in Limassol, Cyprus.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

• Searches and identifies potential affiliates
• Performs various marketing activities to promote partner programs (social media, forums, etc.)
• Adds info on partner programs to affiliate directories
• Communicates with clients and partners (reply to e-mails, follow-ups)
• Monitors partner activities and performance
• Identifies new active partners, potential opportunities for co-marketing, case studies, etc
• Monitors affiliate activity to ensure affiliate compliance with company policies and brand guidelines in all online channels
• Pays affiliates

Job Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar position will be considered an advantage
• High fluency in Japanese and English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong computer literacy
• Experience in Forex or online gaming affiliation is a plus
• An understanding of Affiliate Commission Schemes
• Well-versed in commerce practices and networking
• Good communication and monitoring skills
• Strong sense of professionalism, organizational analytical skills
• Self-learner and highly motivated individual
